dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research were as follows:1) to construct and find an efficiency of the model learning for enhanced competency on implementation of learning reforms in schools at the 80/80 standardized criterion efficiency 2) to find the effectiveness index of the model learning for enhanced competency on implementation of learning reforms in schools 3) to compare pre-test scores and post-test scores all lessons 4)to study the satisfaction of the model learning for enhanced competency on implementation of learning reforms in schools activity. 5) to find the retention of the model learning for enhanced competency on implementation of learning reforms in schools. The 60 teachers and educational personal are on purposive sampling selected from teachers and educational personal of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan .This research conducted during year 2015-2016. The statistical procedures employed in the data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test. The results the study were as follows:1) An efficiency of the model learning was 81.44/83.00 with higher than the 80/80 standardized criterion efficiency 2) The effectiveness index of the model learning was 0.7445 3) The results of the comparison of pretest scores and post-test scores all lessons significantly different at 0.05 4)The results of the satisfaction of the model learning was found to be a high level 5)The retention of the teachers and educational personal after join the class in the two weeks was no significantly different at 0.05en_US
