Development the Training Package in Tower Crane Inspection

Abstract

The objectives of this research were development the training package in tower crane inspection and boost up abilities of trainee. Starting from job analysis, topic analysis, behave objectives analysis and then designed the training package which was approved by 10 professionals and took it to pilot test. Next to improved the training package to be better than. And then took it was tested with 25 research samplers that were selected by purposed sampling method. Before training had pre-test and in between training had exercises, after finished training had post-test. The collected scores were calculated for checked the efficiency of training package and the abilities of workers by t-test which were significantly different at the 0.01 level. The result found that efficiency of training package was 88.16/83.92 that higher than criteria 80/80. And the abilities of worker were improved.
