This research aims to study satisfaction and expectation of staff’s procedure in Male Orthopedic surgery
building, Buddhachinaraj hospital in Phitsanulok. Tools used to collect data in this study are questionnaire for 50
copies. The overall of this result is found in the highest rate ( ̅ = 3.6497, SD = 0.43312). The result of satisfaction
in working performance of staff of Male Orthopedic surgery building, Buddhachinaraj hospital has divided into 4
parts which arranged from high to low. Firstly, the relationship with colleague is calculated to ( ̅ = 4.08, SD =
0.592). Secondly, working duty is calculated to ( ̅ = 3.79, SD = 0.584). Thirdly, the environment in workplace is
calculated to ( ̅ = 3.7020, SD = 0.61254). Lastly, the welfare and salary is calculated to ( ̅ = 3.04, SD = 0.881).
However, the result of expectation in working performance for staff of Male Orthopedic surgery building,
Buddhachinaraj hospital in Phitsanulok has divided into 4 parts which arranged from high to low. Firstly, the duty
of work is calculated to ( ̅ = 3.84, SD = 0.557). Secondly, the working performance is calculated to ( ̅ = 3.67, SD
= 0.615). Thirdly, the relationship with colleague is calculated to ( ̅ = 3.61, SD = 1.012). Lastly, the welfare and
salary is calculated to ( ̅ = 3.24, SD = 0.898). According to the hypothesis, the differences of education, work
duty and salary have effected to the satisfaction result in workplace. However, the differences of education, work
duty, salary and status have also affected the expectation result in workplace.
