dc.description.abstractThe purposes of this research were to study the level of quality of work life for foreign workers, study the level of work’s satisfaction and study the relation between quality of work life and work’s satisfaction of foreign workers. The research sample was selected by a convenience sampling comprised of 140 persons. The statistics for analysis in this research were frequency, percentage, average, standard derivation and multiple regressions. A significance level of 0.05 was defined in hypothesis test. The result of this research showed high level for quality of work life of foreign workers at Innovalues Precision (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and the high level of work’s satisfaction. It also found the social integration affects work’s, adequate and fair compensation and the health and safety at workplace affect work’s satisfaction of foreign workers with a significance level of 0.05en_US
