The problem and development of supply and equipment administration Thatphanom College Nakhonpanom

Abstract

The aim of this research is studying about the problem and the way to develop the supply and equipment administration effectively. Study sample using in this research consists of administrators, teachers, lecturer and staff in Thatphanom College Nakhonpanom University totaling 56 persons. We used a questionnaire to collect the data. The collected data was analyzed through the application of percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results indicate that studying the problem and development of supply and equipment administration of Thatphanom College Nakhonpanom University 2 functions have a high level satisfaction and 1 functions have a moderate level satisfaction (Descending order of mean is distributing, purchasing, storage controlling and maintenance, respectively). The problem we found in this study 1) The budget for purchasing was not enough. 2) Job rotation often occurred so the staff did not have the experience to work effectively and correctly. 3) The supply and equipment room was small and narrow to collect the stuff enough and safety. 4) The staff lacked understanding of the operational procedures. It was also inconvenience to disburse. To develop supply and equipment administration. 1) We should survey the requisition and plan to purchasing in the next budget. 2) All staff are trained regularly every year. 3) Supply and equipment procedures are available for all staff to understand their works. 4) The supply and equipment room should be large, wide and safety. 5) Providing the documents of supply and equipment to all staff should be done.
