The objectives of this research were as follows: 1) to synthesize the conceptual framework
for development of blended learning activity model based on 4H life skills for graduated
qualifications of the faculty of education, and 2) to evaluate the synthesized conceptual framework
for using as an instructional model for undergraduate students. The research has 6 steps as follows:
1) study the principles, theories, and related literatures, 2) draft a preliminary conceptual
framework, 3) define the samples, 4) create a questionnaire, 5) collect data, and 6) improve the
synthesized framework, analyze and conclusion. The results of this research named TLS MODEL,
consists of 3 modules as follows: 1) Teacher Module 2) Learning Module, and 3) Student Module.
The evaluation of appropriateness of the synthesized model by experts reveled that they had
agreed in at high level. In conclusion, that can be used the synthesized model property.
