The Satisfaction with Bachelor of Arts Programs in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon

Abstract

This research aimed to study satisfaction with Bachelor of Arts Programs in Hotel, Tourism, and English for International Communication. The sample was 195 fourth-year students. The research instrument was questionnaire. Percentage, average, standard deviation and content analysis were used. The result revealed that overall; students were satisfied with the curriculum at a high level. When considering by branch, it was found that Hotel students were satisfied with the curriculum at a high level = 3.80, Tourism students = 3.75, English for International Communication students = 3.54. The curriculum development is stakeholder needs should be explored.
