dc.description.abstractThe purposes of this research were to study the motivation of operation on construction, and to study the factors affecting the motivation of construction personnel to let them operate effectively in order to be applied as entrepreneurs’ guidelines. The instruments used in this research consisted of quantitative data and depth-interview created by documents and relevant researches study. The question types included closed-ended and open-ended questions. For the structures and question styles of depth-interview included the informal interview through operational personnel carried out by asking general questions, and labor questionnaire created to measure various opinions. The data analysis was carried out by descriptive statistics by finding out Percentage, Mean, Mode, and Standard Deviation. The research result revealed that for the factors affecting the motivation of operation for construction personnel, the researcher collected the data by using interview form towards both operational personnel and labor personnel. The questionnaires done by randomization of the operational personnel included 2 projects and 6 sets totally, and for labor personnel were 60 sets per project. According to Part 1) general information; it was found that the operational personnel were mostly male (6 persons), and for the labor personnel were mostly male (48 persons), female (17 persons), 60 sets totally. Concerning Part 2, the operational personnel were mostly had good relationship with every aspect the most. Regarding the study results of Part 3; the recommendations for the factors affecting the motivation of operation for construction personnel (operational personnel), the factors consisted residences, counterpart funds, petrol expense, bonus, corporate welfare, and nursing charge. For study conclusion of Part 2, it was found that most of the labor personnel were satisfied with the interpersonal relationship the most (Mean = 4.03), secondly was the operational safety (Mean = 3.86), and work environments and characteristics (Mean = 3.67), respectively. For study result of Part 3, the recommendations of factors affecting the motivation of operation for the construction personnel (labor personnel) included free water supply and electricity, social security, residence expense, and nursing expense.en_US
