This research aimed to study: 1) Use behavior of Information technology for
educations 2) Use behavior of self-learning English program and 3) Problems and obstacles.
The findings of this study:
Undergraduates of fifth Branches, Faculty of Business Administration: Bophit
Phimuk Chakkrawat Area, in the Academic Year 2011-2014
The Research instrument was the questionnaire. The respondents were 295
undergraduates, management branch; Descriptive statistic was used to describe the
respondents. Statistics analysis was deployed such as Percentage, Weighted mean, and
standard deviation.
The result from the Undergraduates of fifth Branches , Faculty of Business
Administration: Bophit Phimuk Chakkrawat Area, in the Academic Year 2011-2014 shows
that the most use behavior for self-learning is using desktop computer with using Google
Chrome, frequency of usage is 5 time each week. The peak hour is around 6 p.m. at home.
When consider in each order the undergraduate was use the most in registration and
downloading. Minor usage is searching information.
The undergraduate using behavior of self-learning English program is 1 time each
week and spend about an hour in learning. When consider in each order the
undergraduate was easier to understand the program with Thai manual. The comfortable
class room also support the students learning atmosphere.
The most concern problem in using information technology is delay of the program.
The second is inconvenience in connecting to Wi-Fi. The most concern problem in using selflearning
English program is the accessing can only use form Internet Explorer browser and the
minor problem is lack of instruments which are headphone and microphone.
