a study and invention of a concrete cube making equipment by the philosophy of sufficiency economy

Abstract

The device creates a mortar cube from the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy. The aims of the study is to create a tool for making a mortar cube to be easy to use , save the environment and can actually work. This device can use the ready mixed concrete waste from construction projects to create a mortar cube. Creating a tool to make the mortar cube from the waste products of the project based on the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy applied , which is can produce 64 balls per one time used in the production of 13.01 minutes. Compared to the original way without using the device, it can produce 64 balls in 30.37 minutes. The researcher was using a survey test to find out the satisfaction of the trial, the device creates a mortar cube, which is relevant for the line construction. The result was found that, The device creates a mortar cube from the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy can be optimized and usable 100 % and the quality of the cement standard 100%.
