INTERNATIONAL CULINARY TRAINING MANAGEMENT FOR INCREASING EFFECTIVENESS
Abstract
The objectives of this research were to; study the management and effectiveness
of international culinary training center; the objectives also included revealing the
relationship between the management of the center and the increasing of effectiveness
and; exploring the administrative guidelines for increasing the effectiveness of the center.
This research adopted a mixed methodologies. Quantitative research sample
group used in the study covered 770 employees, students, and trainees. The
questionnaire was employed as a data collection tool. The statistics of this study
employed frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, canonical correlation and
path analysis. Qualitative research conducted by in-depth interviews with 5 executives of
the center and analyzed data with content analysis.
The result showed that; the management and effectiveness of international
culinary training center was at a moderate level; the relationship between the
management of international culinary training center and effectiveness was achieved
and; the suggestions of the management of international culinary training center were
that it should pay attention to organization development and motivation.
