The Study of Risk Factors of Transport Tourists by Local Shuttle A Case Study of the Khao Khitchakut National Park Province of Chanthaburi

Abstract

This study aims to study risk factors to transport tourists by local shuttle. A case study of the Khao khitchakut National Park provinces chanthaburi, using the questionnaire as a tool to collect demographic data used in the study as the tourists traveling in a time that has turned to tourism between the months of February to April and 2019. Travel tourism, more than one hundred people by using the formula of Krejcie & Morgan. In the select group of 400 people of all samples in order to identify factors that affect risk management and evaluation of such factors by using tool failure analysis and impact. (FMEA) risk rating results, the research found that the risk factors include: first 3 all external risk factors is 1. risks arising from the transport path condition is that RPN 195.50 points 2. risks arising from tourists that the body is not ready to travel, there are 3 points at 131.07 RPN value. risks arising from tourist behaviour. RPN has the value located at 114.05 points. Because all the factors 3 sequence. Are the external factors cannot do risk management.
