Factor of Performance and Effort Expectation towards Payment Behaviors Via Mobile Application
Abstract
This research objective is 1) To study the factors of performance expectations And efforts to
influence payment behavior via mobile phones 2) To study payment behavior via mobile phone Of users
in Nakhon Pathom Province. The population used in this study are users of mobile payment systems.
Phutthamonthon District Nakhon Pathom Province. The size of the sample group is 400 persons. The
research instrument is a questionnaire. Data collection by random sampling. The statistics used are
percentage, mean, standard deviation. Coefficient of variation, chi-square value, one-way anova, statistical
data analysis using SPSS program. This research determines statistical significance at the level of 0.05.
Analysis of personal factors data of respondents Found that Performance Expectations Overall at a high
level with an average of 4.10. Effort Expectation Overall at a high level with an average of 3.99. Attitude is
classified according to the conceptual aspect. Overall at a high level With an average of 4.02, classified by
feelings Overall at a high level With an average of 4.02, classified by action Overall at a high level With an
average of 4.00 and the respondents give importance to the behavior, intention and use Overall at a high
level With an average of 3.96
