dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to study the organizational commitment level policemen and to study the factors affecting the organization commitment of Police officers Metropolitan police division 7. By using two factor theory of FederickHerzderg. By using a sample of 385 people. Questionnaires were used in data collection. And using statistics is descriptive and inferential statistics in data analysis, Analysis (T-test Correlation, Way One ANOVA).The study found that the level of organizational commitment of police administration at many levels, and factors affecting the use of organizational commitment include sexen_US
