dc.description.abstractThe objective of this study is to study the level and factors affecting the internal conflict. The sample group is 3 3 0 students. The instrument used for data collection is the questionnaire. It is found that students have a high level of team work conflict. And factors that affect the conflict, including the year and GPA Therefore, in each course Especially at the first year level, instructors should focus on assigning tasks to be made into groups and evaluating teamwork.
