This research aims to study: 1 . Satisfaction of undergraduate students at theBachelor of Arts
Programs in Chinese, Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin; 2. Study the development and
improvement of Liberal Arts in Chinese Program in the future. The population in this study was 116
Undergraduate students in first-year to fourth-year. The research instrument was questionnaire to survey
satisfaction with the curriculum divided into five areas: the curriculum, instructor, the process of learning
management and curriculum administration, support teaching and learning service and measurement and
evaluation. The Analyzed using statistics such as percentage, average (mean) and standard deviation
(Standard Deviation: SD).
The result revealed that overall; undergraduate students were satisfied with the all of the
curriculum of Bachelor of Arts in Chinese with an average of 4.06 at a high level. This study can be
summarized as follow; it was found that undergraduate students were satisfied with the instructor at high
level (𝑥𝑥̅ =4.21). Measurement and evaluation were satisfied at the high level (𝑥𝑥̅ =4.13). The process of
learning management and curriculum administration were satisfied at high level (𝑥𝑥̅ =4.10). The curriculum
outline were satisfied at high level (𝑥𝑥̅ =4.00). Support teaching and learning service were satisfied at high
level (𝑥𝑥̅ =3.85). However, this research are offered guidance on curriculum development by focusing on
the development of technology to enhance teaching more.
