A Study on Human Resources Management System of Ministry of Public Health’s Employees
Abstract
The purpose of this research was (1) to study the human resources management system of
ministry of public health’s employees. (2) to compare the human resources management system of
ministry of public health’s employees with other form of employment system. This research use a
documentary research method. The results of the research concluded that ministry of public health’s
employees is a state personnel that are not government officer which is one type of employment system
of ministry of public health. The main system that ministry of public health use in human resources
management system is position classification system, recruitment system, selection and employment,
payroll system, performance evaluation and salary adjustment system, welfare and benefit system. When
compare the human resources management system of ministry of public health’s employees with other
form of employment system in ministry of public health that is not government officer included
government employees, permanent employees, temporary employees found that the human resources
management system are both identical and different such as the employment of ministry of public
health’s employees are in accordance with the contract alike government employees while permanent
employees will be a life time employment and temporary employees will be yearly employment etc.
