| dc.description.abstract | The study aimed at: 1) to develop the electronic books of the OTOP Products website for sisal
crafts group in Phetchaburi province using search engine optimization technique, 2) to evaluate the
performance of a website, 3) To evaluate of users satisfaction. The instruments used of this study were:
1) electronic book, 2) website and 3) satisfaction questionnaires. Research samples of 400 internet users,
derived through simple random sampling technique. The statistics used for analyzing the data were
mean, standard deviation and percentage. Conversely, the results revealed that 1) 4 story of electronic
books were information about the OTOP products categories that: (1) hat, (2) bag (3) belt (4) Shoes, on
the website:otoppasornnaraii.com, 2) performance evaluation from website visitors a total of 462
visitors, in addition to 9,064 for Page views, 03.29 minutes for Session duration. and 3) the evaluation of
users satisfaction in 3 aspects; design, content, and usability of the website found that all aspects were a
