Abstract
This research is the development of public relations information, news and activities of
Laksasubha Hua Hin Hotel.Through the website to promote the WordPress blog with the purpose of 1) to
produce public relations media via the website in case of Laksasubha Hua Hin 2 ) to measure the
effectiveness of public relations websites Laksasubha Hua Hin Hotel and 3) to evaluate the satisfaction of
users Per website In order to promote and publicize the hotel to be more known to the general public
by using multimedia media in the form of graphics to be used in public relations And using illustrator CS6
program to design and develop multimedia media to be interesting And then performed to measure the
effectiveness of the website and evaluate the satisfaction of users of the website. To bring suggestions to
improve the website further The sample group used was Staff of Laksasubha Hua Hin Hotel and Internet
users, totaling 400 people. The tools used in the research consisted of 1) public relations media, 2 )
satisfaction evaluation form on the website, the results of the research showed that the evaluation of
