dc.description.abstractThe Purposes of this research were: (1) is aimed at studying employees characteristics job satisfaction (2) to study the relationship between emotional quotient and job satisfaction. Sample random sampling technique was applied to select 400 employees of private company employees in Bangkok and vicinity to answer. Data was analyzed by vicariate statistical analysis consisted of t-test, F-test, and correlation analysis. Research findings revealed that: 1) most employees had a very high level of emotional quotient and high level of job satisfaction and 2) that emotional quotient had statistically significant relationship with job satisfaction.en_US
