dc.description.abstractThe objectives of this research were: (1) to study risk factors, (2) to study the measurement of risk prevention, and (3) to study risk management method. Conceptual framework was based on Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission, Enterprise Risk Management (COSO ERM). Purposive sampling technique was applied to select 27 employees and 30 graduate students at one of autonomy colleges to answer self-reported questionnaire. Data were analyzed by content analysis. Research findings revealed that: (1) key strategic risk factor was below-target graduate students recruited, (2) operational risk factors were high employee turnover and employee performance that did not consistently meet the job requirements, and (3) financial risk factor was actual revenue was lower than the set budget. These results implied that good internal control and good governance should have been revised and improvement to ensure that risk management shall have been efficient.en_US
