| dc.description.abstract | Thesis of this book is intended to offer guidelines on development of
commercial areas in Bangphli district, Samutprakan. The study was conducted by
collecting data from the area survey. Then the data was analyzed to study
potentialities, problems and ways for the future development.
The study found that Bangphli area is a commercial area and living area which
plays important roles in commercial and employment. Moreover, the area is close to
Suvarnabhumi Airport. These are the reasons of high immigration of the population to
the area. It is expected that a lot of projects will happen in the future. Therefore, to
accommodate the increased activities and population, the area needs proper
improvement. It also reveals that the area has high potentials since it has a vast empty
land that can be accessible to several main roads and downtown.
The commercial area and living area are designed accessible by footpath and
public transportation. As it is an important commercial area of the East Coast, activities
in the area are designed to connect with its ssurrounding areas and Suvarnabhumi
