    Abstract
This thesis is to study physical, economic and social aspects of the areas around the Asoke and Nana stations the data is collected by surveying, asking and recording. Then it is analyzed to find the potential and problems of the area to make a summary of physical development in order to accommodate activities for users around the Asoke and Nana BTS stations. It is found that it is a very potential development area due to the transfer hub and a variety of roaming networks, both underground and on-the-ground. It is located between the inner city of Bangkok and easily accessible to the suburbs. This is the area that needs to develop to be a good connection to accommodate the volume and important activities of many people passing through the area. The proposed development of the area around the station is designed to connect each area with activities and pedestrians with the flow and continuity of the project area. There is a turning point in mass transit connecting to business to promote interconnection and it is easily accessible. It also promotes the unique space of the nation as a cultural prominence area.
