The data was collected by studying the physical conditions, economy, and society of the area using questionnaires and photographing. Then the obtained result was analyzed to find the potentials and problems of the area in order to summarize the ways to develop physical conditions, economy, and society of the mentioned area. According to studies, it found that the neighborhood of RCA Rama 9 today is full with medium and large enterprises and horizontal housing. Because the area is in the heart of the town, there is high real estate investment along Rama IX intersection as well as the development of the Orange Metro Line infrastructure. These factors shows high potential of the area to be a turning point and secondary business center. The design is divided into two areas. The shopping center area at the intersection of the MRT Subway Station is designed as secondary business center and the area around Orange Metro Line station as employment and housing zone. The two areas are connected by a large public park on the new 30-meter road and connected to the park located in the center of the project. It will be a great place for activities such as entertainment and public leisure. Moreover, it will be a secondary business center from CBD Rama 9 to accommodate future expansion.en_US
