Problems and a solution the budget request

Abstract

This research aims to study the problems of research proposal writing to be allocated, and to find the solutions of invalid writing problems. The structural questionnaires are employed to collect data from 289 samples. The sample is Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin personnel in the four campuses. The results found that the first problem is the lack of efficacy in actual writing projects in personnel. Although it is a medium level, but it is very important. Some research projects were written by the authors that lack of knowledge and information in that area. Especially, the project had been assigned by the supervisor. Results from this situation would cause problems to the projects to achieve a fully operational quality and efficiency. The second problem is the lack of understanding in principles and objectives of research project. This is also medium level. Some personnel did not understand that it must be consistent with the strategies of Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin. The last problem is budget problems, most personnel recommended that the university should provide the budgetary guideline. And also organize a training program for them.
