Determinants Affecting the Intention to become Entrepreneur of Students Faculty of Business Administration, Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin
Abstract
This research aimed to study 1) determinants affecting the intention to
become entrepreneur of students Faculty of Business Administration, Rajamangala
University of Technology Rattanakosin 2) develop the teaching subject
Entrepreneurship for New Venture Creation. Population in this research was students
Faculty of Business Administration, Rajamangala University of Technology
Rattanakosin total 800 persons, sampling group 260 person.
The research instrument was the questionnaire. Statistics analysis was
deployed such as Percentage, Weighted Mean, Standard Deviation, Person’s
Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.
The finding of this study 1) Personality Traits, Attitude towards
Entrepreneurship, Subjective norm, Perceived Behavioral Control, and Entrepreneurial
Education are affecting the intention to become entrepreneur of students Faculty of
Business Administration, Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin 2)
Attitude towards Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurial Education, and Perceived
Behavioral Control can forecast the Intention to become entrepreneur of students
faculty of business administration statistically significant at the 0.1 level.
