The objective of this research was to study of factors affecting the success of an athlete from Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin to success in Thailand University Games of the 41st in Khon kaen province. To be aware of factors that affect the success of the athletes. Which will guide the development of the sport of the university to be more efficient. The instrument used in this study is a structured interview. The data were analyzed by content. Be compiled Summarize the key issues And presents an overview of the issues and factors that affect success. The results and discussion. The research revealed that : Factors contributing to the success of which will guide the development of the sport. There are 5 key factors. 1. Policy and promote the sport of college. 2. Development of a sport. 3. learning support. 4. Development of trainers and athletes. 5. Creating incentives for the athletes.
