A Development of Information Systems for Management one Thumbon one Product Case Study : Lower Central Area II

Abstract

The objectives of this research, the development of Information Systems for Management one Thumbon one Product, were 1) to develop the information systems for Management one Thumbon one Product which consists of user, member, membership consignment products, System administrator and Assistant Administrator 2) to study the satisfaction of OTOP entrepreneurs and customers. The result of this research from studied the 60 OTOP entrepreneurs who used the systems and answered the questionnaires, they were satisfied with the systems which were 1) the user requirement was 4.24, 2) the operation by function was 4.23, 3) the friendly system was 4.26, 4) the security of the system was 4.29. The average of 30 satisfactions issues was 4.25 and the satisfaction of 100 customers to the systems were, 1) the user requirement was 4.16, 2) the operation by function was 4.16, 3) the friendly system was 4.21, 4) the security of the system was 4.22 and The average of 30 satisfactions issues was 4.19
