Attitude and behavior of the representative electional right usage of community beaders in hua hin municipality prachuapkhirikhan province

Abstract

The research named Attitude and Behavior of the Representative Electional Right Usage of Community Leaders in Huahin Nunicipality, Prachuapkhirikhan Province has purposes for studying attitude and behavior of representative electional right usage of community leaders in Huahin Municipality, Prochuapkhirikhan and knowing how they think before going to elect their representative of the leaders on Huahin Municipality, Prachuapkhirikhan. This will result community leaders have choices giving knowledge to community to do the right election. Sampling groups used in this research are 28 community leaders in Huahin Prachuapkhirikhan and 6 community leaders in Nongkae concluding 34 communities and 442 leaders. The sampling groups are defined by everyone has equally been selected. The questionnaire has been used as an equipment for collecting data with reliability of the test at 0.76 and analized data by using statistical package. From the research we found that attitude and behavior of the Representative electional Right Usage of community Leaders in Huahin Nunicipality, Prachuapkhirikhan Province generally is at high level. When it is considered one by one found that in the receiving data they follow through television radio and newspapers. In the attitude of voting for representative member they mostly paid attention in no buying votes. In the understanding of representative election they mostly understand that ones who have the right must be over completely 18 years. In the representative election behavior the leaders have role in announcement to everyone in the community to go for voting.
