The Asset Management and Financing of public University

Abstract

1. To studies the type of both asset management and financing of the public university and the autonomous university. 2. To studies the criteria used in both asset management and financing of the public university and the autonomous university. 3. To find out information for suggesting and preparing of rules to the asset management and financing of Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin. This qualitative research aims to study on The Asset Management and Financing of Public University which analyze, studies and interviews the university personnel, the university administrators and the laws that related to the asset management and financing of public university. By selecting of 5 university administrators and 5 people from the sample group who oversee the asset management and financing of public university. The research result from an analysis of data and documents of The Asset Management and Financing of Public University reveals that the rules of Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin has not been covered to the asset management and financing of public university. Therefore, in order to flexible for operating. The rules, the University announcement, and the regulations of the Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin should be improved follow the other university from the sample group.
