Building students network to reduce pollution in the canteen of Poh-Chang Academic of arts

Abstract

This is the base research,aiming to build the students’ network to reduce the pollution in the canteen of Poh-Chang Academic of Arts, Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin, and aiming to evaluate efficiency of the students’ network building in reducing the pollution from smoke, and garbage as well. The 4-part questionnaire is the tool for collecting Primary data, and the data isexamined by SPSS to find out the statistical significance of the students’ co-operation, and the students’ network building. As the research result, it is found as following : 1. The majority of the students are interested in the activity to build the students’ network to reduce the pollution in the canteen by giving the reason that it is the good activity to both of them and the people using the canteen. 2. Refer to the overall picture, and consideration to students’ co-operation in reducing the pollution in the canteen, it is pointed that the students’ network is much important to pollution-reducing activity in the canteen, because the students give precedence to the process; planning, operation, and result evaluation. 3. The students hope that the cooker hood should be installed in the canteen for air blowing, and air smell protection; moreover, some plants should be grown nearby the Academic for the fresh air. 4. The students are satisfied in reducing the pollution in the canteen at the “moderate” level. 5. Refer to the comparison of the difference between the students’ hope, and the students’ satisfaction, the students have no satisfaction in reducing the pollution in the canteen.
