This research aims to: 1) observe the local business information in our community,
their need to use the internet as a tool to promote their business and proportion of the
media currently use in business. 2) Design and develop website and the social media in
order to create social relations business community, 3) Monitor the feedback of a group of
entrepreneurs and visitors as guidelines for website development and public relations in the
future.
The samples in this research are the 133 local businesses in Phutthamonthon,
Nakhonpathom. The business information and their feedback were collected using
questionnaire.
The research found that Entrepreneurs are satisfied with the aesthetic appeal of
modern web pages, reformatting the site easier to read and use the menu on the website
are user friendly. Moreover, font sizes, font styles are elegant. Most of Entrepreneurs are
moderately satisfied with the business information which is part of the contents of the
business community; the team needs to collect even more. Overall satisfaction is found
relatively high score
