dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to study needs for improving English skills of Entrepreneurs in Lampaya Floating Market Community in Nakhon Pathom Province. The samples in this study are 90 people in Lampaya Floating Market Community in Nakhon Pathom Province, using questionnaires as the method to collect data. The Descriptive Statistics, consisting of Frequency Distribution, Percentage Distribution are used to analyze the data. At the end of this research the English handbook has been made for entrepreneurs in Lampaya Floating Market Community. The study shows that people in tourism industry in Lampaya Floating Market Community in Nakhon Pathom Province need to improve English language skill as follows: need to improve speaking and reading skills is the highest level, need to learn writing and listening skills is at the lower level and lowest level respectively. Besides, the needs for improving the other speaking topics are as follows: need to learn about greetings, selling things and welcoming visitors is at the highest level. Need to learn about thanking visitors, self-introduction speech, tourist needs and do and don’t in community is at the high level.en_US
