Abstract

Moreover, some rules also not cover the support scholarships and not support university personnel to leave for further study. Therefore, the rules of group of the sample universities should be taken to be a standard for adjust the regularities, rules, and notice for flexibility in operations. Including the contract involves support scholarships and support the university personnel to further study as well as the issue case, solutions, and preventive measures from the group of the sample university to be adapted in case studies and practical applications. This will lead to a reduction in the breach and breach of contract related to the granting of education leave and scholarships to avoid administrative case will take place in the future.
