A Study of Undergraduates Satisfaction of Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin ’s Special Program Curriculum.
Abstract
The purpose of the research was to study satisfaction, attitude, demand, problems and comments on RMUTR’s special curriculum from 644 undergraduates by Accidental Sampling. Questionnaires were used as the device of the research. The data were analyzed in frequencies, percentage, mean and standard deviation. T-test independent and one-way analysis of variance were applied to examine the hypothesis. The results were as follows:
1. In terms of learning and teaching, the highest mean was on the students’ satisfaction on capability of teaching staff. The lowest one was on teaching technique and learning motivation respectively.
2. In terms of academic aspect, the highest mean was on the accuracy of final result of examination. The lowest one was on the sufficiency of books and materials in the library.
3. In terms of the environment, the highest mean was on the atmosphere in classrooms. The lowest one was on the appropriate number of toilets and students, and the appropriateness of relaxing area respectively.
4. In terms of the satisfaction on the special curriculum, the highest mean was on the students’ adoration on the university. The lowest one was on training students the social manners.
