dc.description.abstract | This research and development project is about the detection and simultaneous interruption of communication devices for a new central prison in nakorn prathom province. Within the controlled area, the concept of the project is achieved by perturbation of the communication between the mobile phone and its base station.
Two major sub-systems can be provided in this project, including the detection and interruption. For more details, the first sub-system is consist of a receiving antenna, a bandpass filter, a low-noise amplifier, a mixer, an oscillator, a lowpass filter, a detection circuit, a GSM module, and a microcontroller for processing and displaying. Whereas the transmitting antenna, a driver and power amplifier, a lowpass filter, a mixer circuit, an oscillator circuit, a saw-tooth generator with indirect process, a pseudo noise code (PN code), a processing microcontroller, and a GSM module are the last sub-system. All circuits have been designed for all mobile service providers, including 800MHz, GSM 900, 1800, 1900, CDMA and 3G (IMT2000, CDMA, WCDMA), and Wi-Fi network.
With the benefits of the research project, it builds up a collaboration between two government sectors (the New Central Prison and the faculty of engineering, Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin (RMUTR). Both sectors are at the Nakorn Prathom Province. Furthermore, a new proposal is preparing to improve the performance of this device. | en_US |
