    Abstract
    The development of product distribution skills through integrated social media for local herbal cosmetic product entrepreneurs in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The purposes of this study were 1) To develop product selling skills through integrated social media for entrepreneurs of local herbal cosmetic products in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. 2) To study the results of developing product sales skills through integrated social media for entrepreneurs of local herbal cosmetic products. in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. 3) to support the strategy of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The research instruments was 1) A competency-based course to develop product selling skills through integrated social media. Assessment form for competency-based training courses that combine opinion questionnaire before training, assessment form for “evaluators” from oral inquiries , Observation methods, practical skills and the results of the trainer The result of The development of product distribution skills through integrated social media for local herbal cosmetic product entrepreneurs in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province was 1) the assessment of qualitative operational skills from practical experience training during the training of 60 trainees was reached the assessment criteria through assessment in 11 competency units that correspond to the assigned.
