STUDENTS’ EXPECTATIONS AND SATISFACTION ON SERVICES OF REGISTRATION OFFICE, RAJAMANGALA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY RATTANAKOSIN, WANG KLAI KANGWON CAMPUS

Abstract

The purposes of this research were; to evaluate and compare Students’s Expectations and Satisfaction on Service of Registration Office, Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin, Wang Klai Kangwon Campus from the four faculties. and to study the factors resulting to Students’s Expectations and Satisfaction on Service of Registration Office, Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin, Wang Klai Kangwon Campus from the four faculties. Stratified random sampling techniques were applied to select 525 customers of Public Relations students at Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin, Wang Klai Kangwon Campus to answer self-reported questionnaire. Data were analyzed by Bivariate analysis, and regression analysis. Research findings revealed that; Students’s Expectations and Satisfaction on Service of Registration Office, Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin, Wang Klai Kangwon Campus from the four faculties were significantly and statistically different; The difference factors resulted for Students’s Expectations and Satisfaction on Service of Registration Office, Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin, Wang Klai Kangwon Campus were significantly and statistically different.
