THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION STUDY OF DAISO AND MINISO STORES IN CENTRAL PLAZA, SALAYA AND CENTRAL PLAZA, WESTGATE
Abstract
The purposes of this research were to compare level of customer satisfaction on
services between the Daiso and the Miniso in Central Plaza, Salaya and Central Plaza, Westgate;
Study the factors that affect the satisfaction of the customer with the Daiso and Miniso in
Central Plaza, Salaya and Central Plaza, Westgate; and Study the opportunity to repeat purchases
of service users with Daiso and Miniso in Central Plaza, Salaya and Central Plaza, Westgate.
Stratified random sampling technique was applied to select 400 persons from
consumers who used to buy products in Daiso and Miniso. In Central Plaza, Salaya and
Central Plaza, Westgate to answer self-reported questionnaire. Data were analyzed by
bivariate analysis, regression model analysis and Ordered Probit model
Research findings revealed that the sample group was satisfied with the use of
the Daiso service rather than using the Miniso, with statistically significant; Factors that
affect the satisfaction of users of Daiso and Miniso In Central Plaza, Salaya and Central
Plaza, Westgate was an Image, Perceived Value and Perceived Quality of products or
services with statistically significant; and Factors that affect the revisit of services at Daiso
and Miniso In Central Plaza, Salaya and Central Plaza, West Gate, that was the factor of
loyalty, satisfaction and customer complaints towards the used of products and services
at the Daiso and Miniso, such analysis results can explain that when the store got create
satisfaction and loyalty to products and services for customers and reduce problems that
affect the complaint will affect the likelihood of returning to use the service repeatedly
and the sustainability of Daiso and Miniso stores in the future.
