    THE SATISFACTION TOWORD THE SERVICE OF GOVERNMENT SAVING BANK AUTOMATIC DEPOSIT MACHINE AND TMB BANK PUBLIC COMPAMY LIMITED IN SAMUT SONGKHRAM PROVINCE

    Abstract
    The purposes of this research were to study the effecting factors of satisfacton of the service of the automatic deposit machine of Government Saving Bank and TMB Bank Public Company Limited in Samut Songkhram Province; and to assess the satisfacton of the service of the automatic deposit machine of Government Saving Bank and TMB Bank Public Company Limited in Samut Songkhram Province. Stratified random sampling technique was applied to select 203 persons from use of Government Saving Bank and 202 persons from user of TMB Bank Public Company Limited to answer self-reported questionnaire data was analyzed by bivariate analysis and regression and regression analysis. Research finding revealed that The effecting factors of satisfaction of the service of the automatic deposit machine of Government Saving Bank and TMB bank Public company limited in Samut Songkhram province in perceived image of correct system; and The result of comparison the satisfaction between Government Saving bank and TMB Bank Public Company Limited in Samut Songkhram province indicated that the TMB Bank Public Company Limited was more satisfied than Government Saving Bank. These results implied that if Government Saving Bank and TMB bank Company Limited would like to increasing the satisfaction, they should pay attention to the service in correct system of perceived image.
