SATISFACTION OF CUSTOMER TOWARD SERVICES OF THE REZIDENCE AND THE HOME SERVICE APARTMENTS IN 304 INDUSTRIAL PARK, PRACHINBURI PROVINCE
Abstract
The purposes of this research were to compare customer satisfaction; and to
study factors affecting customer satisfaction toward services of The Rezidence and The
Home Residence apartment in 304 Industrial Park, Prachinburi Province. Conceptual
framework was based on the American Customer Satisfaction Index.
Stratified random sampling technique was applied to select 412 customers living
in The Rezidence and The Home Residence apartment in 304 Industrial Park, Prachinburi
Province to answer self-reported questionnaires. Data was analyzed by bivariate analysis
and regression analysis.
Research findings revealed that; customer satisfaction in product and service of
The Home Residence were significantly higher than The Rezidence apartment. The
quality, value and image of product and service are factors affecting satisfaction of the
customer with statistical significance. Considering each aspect, the customer pays great
attention to the public utilities of the apartment and appropriate number of customer
service officer. When the customer satisfied which leading to the loyalty and pass along
to other customer come to use the product and service for the next time.
