dc.description.abstractThe purposes of this study were to compare levels of technology acceptance and behaviors in the use of digital-payment applications; and to identify influencing factors in choosing the digital payment applications. The Technology Acceptance Model and Network Externality were used as a conceptual framework. This quantitative study used questionnaires for data collection. The samples were obtained through a stratified random sampling to include 400 application users. The data were analyzed by a bivariate analysis and a linear regression model. Results revealed that users of Application A demonstrated indifferent levels of technology acceptance and behaviors in the use of the applications from those of the Application B with statistical significance; and the top five influencing factors of the users of Application A and thou of Application B in choosing the mobile applications included (a) subjective norm, (b) injunctive norm, (c) descriptive norm, (d) perceived ease of use, and (e) behavioral intention.en_US
