dc.description.abstractThis research aimed to (1) examine the opinions towards the roles of non- formal education and informal education center in quality of life development of people who missed the educational opportunity (2) study the opinions towards the operation of non-formal education in quality of life development of people who missed the educational opportunity and (3) propose guidelines on the educational service of non-formal education in quality of life development of people who missed the educational opportunity. This research employed descriptive method. Data were collected through questionnaires and in-depth interviews. For questionnaires, the samples of this study were 297 people who missed the educational opportunity of the non-formal education and informal education center, Sam Phran District, Nakorn Prathom Province. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. For in-depth interviews, the 11 officers of the non-formal education and informal education center, Sam Phran District, Nakorn Prathom Province, were interviewed. Then the data were analyzed and interpreted. The research found that 1) the opinions towards the roles of non-formal education in quality of life development: the role in basic education support, the role in being local wisdom learning resource of community, and the role in professional development learning support, were at a high level 2) the opinions towards the operation of non-formal education in quality of life development: moral support aspect were at the highest level, followed by living aspect, professional skill aspect, and Lifelong learning aspect were at a high level and 3) the propose of educational service guidelines of non-formal education was about the educational opportunity, including doing the MOU collaborations with formal schools in order to use those facilities, increasing the budgets for projects.en_US
