dc.description.abstract | The purposes of this research were to study achievement in Alternative Dispute
Resolutions Policy Implementation; compared achievement in Alternative Dispute
Resolutions Policy Implementation verified by demographic factors of respondent; and
explored correlations among affecting factors of achievement in Alternative Dispute
Resolutions Policy Implementation with an Achievement.
Samples were 236 enrolled in Alternative Disputes Resolution program, according
to Yamane concept. Questionnaires were used as data collection means, Lottery
sampling was done. Analytical means were; descriptive employed mean, standard
deviation, percentages, inferential statistics were T test, Pearson R.
The findings were; achievement in Alternative Dispute Resolutions Policy
Implementation were high level; achievement in Alternative Dispute Resolutions Policy
Implementation were not difference according to respondent attitude verified by
demographic factors; and There were positive significant at .05 level correlations among
affecting factors of Achievement in Alternative Dispute Resolutions Policy Implementation
