COST EFFICIENCY OF THE ELECTION COMMISSION’S PROJECT ON POLITICAL PARTIES’S PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
This study had the purposes firstly to; study the cost efficiency of the
curriculum; management and secondly to excemine the management of human
resources, budget and satisfaction of the Electoral Commission. The result of the
quantitative research from the population of 215 persons.
The results showed that; the curriculum management was highly cost-efficient
with the highest being human resource management. The Confidence, and the budget
as well as other supporting resources were second and third height respectively.
The cost efficiency of the curriculum was accepted as medium level with the highest
being the curriculum structure and followed by the curriculum’s objectives.
The contents of curriculum was averagely accepted highest, followed by qualifications
of participants and those of the lecturers respectively. The process of the project
showed cost – efficiency at the moderate levels with the highest in this category being
the participants’ development, followed by curriculum’s development and
the assessment of learning.; The quality of project management was at the highest
level. Each category showed that personnel management as accepted as highest.
The duration of the training and public relations were most suitable. Followed by
the curriculum’s committee and personnel’s satisfaction. The budgeting management
for the project was least satisfactory.
