THE READINESS OF RESTAURANT OPERATORS IN MUANG HUA HIN MUNICIPALITY PRACHUAP KHIRI KHAN PROVINCE TO COMPLY WITH GOODS AND SERVICES PRICE DISPLAY POLICY

Abstract

The Purposes of this research were to study the readiness in the implementation of the policy on goods and services price display of the restaurant operators, as well as relevant problems and approaches of law enforcement. The research adopted mixed methodology. The questionnaires were used to gain information from the operators, and interviews from the concerned government officials. The research findings were that the readiness in compliance with the policy were at a high level, various operators showed the same levels of readiness to follow the policy. The related problems to be solved were the communications which still needed improvement to make all operators understand the issues.
