MEASURES FOR PROMOTING THE WELL-BEING OF A FUNDED VILLAGE AND URBAN COMMUNITY RATCHABURI PROVINCE

Abstract

The research aimed to (1) study the performance of measures to promote the well-being of the funded village of Nong Krathum Subdistrict,Pak Tho District, Ratchaburi. (2) study the problems of promoting the implementation of the measures and, (3) suggest the solutions for the problems of the measures. This research adopted a qualitative methodology. Data were collected by using structured interviews from 20 members of the village . The research findings were 1) the measures of promoting the well-being of the village allowed members to loan for investment with a low interest rate, 2) the problem of loan guarantee was a major issue in promotion of the village and urban community, 3) the approaches for problem solving were the loans were to be based on stock numbers and decreasing the fine interests and up to giving loan with zero interest.
