Abstract

This study aimed to verified 1) The success of preventing and enforcing excise good smuggling policy implementation Prachuabkirikhan Province 2) comparison among respondents, Altitude toward the success of smuggling goods policy implementation (3)study correlation among critical success factors of preventing and enforcing with success This was survey quantitative research, Sample were at 391 entrepreneurs excise goods declaration according to Yamane Principle. Questionnaires were data collection mean, stratified accidental sampling was used for sampling. Descriptivestatistics; percentages mean and standard deviation inferential statistics; T test ANOVAF and Pearson’R were applied as data analysis. The findings were as follow; The success of excise goods smuggling policy implementation was middle Level. There were a statistical significant difference among respondents’ attitude toward the success of excise good smuggling policy implementation. There were positive statistical correlation among critical success factors of excise good smuggling policy implementation with the success excise good smuggling.
