dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research were; to study The level of the effectiveness of the implementation of RTK GNSS NETWORK In Begin Area of Department of Lands, and to study the problem and barriers of the effectiveness of the implementation of RTK GNSS NETWORK In Begin Area of Department of Lands and compare the effectiveness of the implementation of RTK GNSS NETWORK In Begin Area of Department of Lands with personal factors. Research Methodology: the research instruments were questionnaires with 84 surveyor in Nonthaburi, Pathumthani, Samut Prakan province of 12 offices. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation, t-test and One-Way ANOVA. Major The results show that the overall effect of the policy implementation on satellite kinetic survey was at the high level. Educational level is positively correlated with the effectiveness of policy implementation. At the .05 level, Surveyors in different study areas were significantly different at the .05 level of significance. Average high school diploma - Diploma The problems and obstacles of policy leaders to conduct satellite survey with kinetic satellite. It sometimes takes a long time to configure the coordinates.
