dc.description.abstractThis independent study aimed to study the effectiveness of electronic document management system (e-document), and compare the effectiveness according to personal favours. The research adopted quantitative approach using 32 representative samples from 21 units in the office of the president, Mahidol University, Average standard deviation are used for data analysis. Research results showed high level for overall acceptance in MUSIS by the staffs with the easy use being accepted more than the benefits, and the personnel factors like ages, educational levels, positions, work experience and computer experienced did not affect the use of document management.en_US
